Cybula is a member of the Sun iForce partner programme as a Commercial
Developer since 2003.
Cybula distributor in the US for its face recognition systems is
AC technology (www.actechnology.com).
Cybula Ltd. works in partnership with the Advanced Computer
Architecture Group in the Department of Computer Science at the
University of York, UK, one of the UK's leading centres for
Computer Science.
The Advanced Computer Architectures Group has been active in
the development of high performance pattern recognition methods
using neural networks for over 15 years. The group's research is well
known internationally, featuring at many prestigious conferences and
conventions.
The University of York is a partner in the development of
specialist methods used in Cybula products and services. The AURA
technology used by Cybula was licensed to the Company from the
University when the technology became mature and ready to transfer to
commercial applications in 1999.
The unique advantage of this partnership is that the University
provides access to a wide research base for the Company. Advanced
research-based contracts may be placed within the University and
undertaken in collaboration with Cybula Ltd.
